The second half was more of the same, and what looked like a new Tottenham victory was turned on its head in stoppage time.
In the first minute of stoppage time, Hwang Hee-chan’s ball from the left flank was flicked on by Cunha, and Pablo Sarabia, who received the ball inside the penalty box, took a touch with his right foot before unleashing a non-stop left-footed shot to equalize.
Spurred on, Wolverhampton quickly made it 2-1 in the sixth minute of added time when Lemina slotted home a Sarabia cross from the right flank with his right foot.
With the game ending as it did, Wolverhampton broke a two-match winless streak (one draw, one loss) and moved up to 11th place with the thrilling victory. Tottenham, on the other hand, lost their second consecutive game against Chelsea and dropped to third place, behind Arsenal, who beat Burnley 3-1.
